We do not affiliate our hair by hair grades but by quality and how long our hair extensions can last.
Our Budget collection can last up to 6 months with the proper care and last up to 1 year if made into a wig.
Can I cancel or make changes to my order?
No, changes or cancellations can be made to your order once it is placed,It goes through processing and then it is shipped, please double check your order before checking out.
What happens if my order is returned to sender?
If your order is returned to sender, you will be prompted to purchase a reship fee listed on our website. Bougie Brat Hair is not responsible for any shipment issues caused by USPS. If you choose not to purchase a reship fee, you will be issued a refund in the form of store credit.
Verify Your Purchase Form?
Due to the recent amount of disputes we require all of our babes to verify their order with a valid state or school ID and provide their signature, if you wish to not provide this information and your order has started processing you will be required to provide your signature for your order to be shipped to you. If your order has not started processing you will be refunded in the amount of store credit, NO Exceptions.
